If you have been discharged from the NHS Podiatry team, we are very happy to see you at the practice to continue your wound or ulcer care. We are able to provide wound or ulcer cleaning and re-dressing appointments regularly or as required. Untreated wounds and ulcers are very serious medical conditions and need to be regularly monitored and treated by a specialist in this field, such as a podiatrist. We will also be happy to assess your clinical needs and create a management plan for you and will share with your GP if you wish.
