We require a 50% deposit for initial appointments. We will invoice when the booking is made. The payment is required within 48 hours to secure the appointment. This deposit is flexible should you need to reschedule your appointment providing notice is given within 24 hours prior to your appointment slot. If you fail to attend your appointment, this deposit is not refundable.

Cancellation/rescheduling notice period: We require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or the full fee will be due. Payment will be required upon booking appointments after repeated missed appointments or late cancellations.
